How to Sign Up for Strength and Circuit Training Classes:
- Look at the schedule of Classes
- Contact me via e-mail, phone, or Facebook to reserve your spot
- You must prepay in person by check or Square or online through PayPal (firstname.lastname@example.org) before your first workout.
- For individual personal training sessions, we can set up appointments in person, by phone, or email.
Training at Urban Agility:
- We are a community of body positive people who welcome all levels of fitness.
- Come 5-10 minutes early, bring a water bottle. Towels are provided. Weight-training gloves are also encouraged.
- You must reserve days and times you plan to come 12 hours in advance.
- All packages expire 6 months after purchase
- There is a strict 24 hour cancellation policy for any workout you plan to miss.
